Do Australian Regional, Rural or Isolated areas attract higher shipping rates?

We try our absolute best to keep our flat rate shipping, exactly that ... "flat".
However for some Regional, Rural & Isolated areas, additional shipping fees may apply due to lack of delivery resources in the area - if you are concerned that your order may attract additional fee's, please feel free to contact us via email with note of what you would like to order and we shall advise if additional fees are applicable. Alternatively, please place your order as per usual, and you will receive an email if additional fees apply

JustResin offers international shipping with a standard flat rate via Australia Post, ranging from 7 to 21 business days, and express options like Australia Post Express and DHL Express, taking 3 to 7 business days. After arrival in your country, local postal services complete delivery. Shipping rates are noted at checkout, and are based on speed and carrier.

How can I track my JustResin order once it has been shipped?

After dispatch, you'll receive a tracking email with all needed details. Follow the instructions and link to monitor your shipment. You'll be able to track your items from our Melbourne warehouse to your doorstep.

What does it mean to select Authority to Leave?

If no one is present to accept and sign for your delivery, it will be left at the front door

What does it mean to select Signature Required?

Accepted Answer

Someone must be present to accept and sign for your delivery, if no one is available then a 'Not at Home Card' will be left at the premise and you will need to arrange collection of your order from your Local Post Office, or the nearest depot.

Shipping is calculated at checkout, and all depends on order weight and destination - Once your items are loaded into the cart, proceed on and the shipping options will be shown prior to payment - You'll find our shipping rates are quite friendly!

What if my Art Supplies are damaged in transit?

Please take photographs and contact us within 24hours of arrival to resolve, be sure to include the order number within the email. Do not dispose of items. We will discuss the matter, and resolve the best way we can.
