1. When will my order ship? 

Orders placed prior to 12pm AEST / AEDT, will generally be dispatched on the same or next business day - with the exclusion to sales periods or promotions.
 

Note that transit times vary depending on destination. Be sure to refer to the tracking information provided on the dispatch notification email.

• Victorian orders : Allow approximately 2 - 7 Business days for arrival

• All other Australian States : Allow approximately 3 - 8 Business days for arrival

• International orders : Allow approximately 5 - 15 Business days for arrival
   

2. Where will my order ship from?
All orders are dispatched from our Derrimut 3026 warehouse, in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

3. Designated Shipping address
JustResin creates a shipping label and addresses the package to the address noted at checkout. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered accurately, and is to be reviewed during the checkout process. JustResin takes no responsibility for orders being shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address. JustResin takes no responsibility for the cost of orders being returned to sender, or for an order to be reshipped to the customer, if an incorrect or incomplete address entered.

4. Transport delays
Such delays are out of Just Resin's control, and JustResin does not take responsibility for any delays incurred. If a delivery has gone beyond the advised ETA noted on the carriers website, please reach out, and we will do the needful to assist in chasing up the delivery with the carrier.

5. Parcel Post + Flat Rate shipping
We try our absolute best to keep our flat rate shipping, exactly that ... "flat" - it's Standard Shipping that we subsidize for you! It can also be described as Parcel Post during the checkout process. By selecting Flat Rate Shipping or Parcel Post, JustResin will choose the most cost effective option to ship your package/s. Shipments may be split due to different shipping methods used. It is advised to select an alternative shipping option if you need your order in a hurry.

6. Additional Shipping Fee's - Regional, Rural & Isolated areas

There are seldom times where additional shipping fee's may apply, due to Flat Rate Shipping not calculating accurately at the checkout, or for some Regional, Rural & Isolated areas, due to lack of delivery resources in the area. If you are concerned that the delivery of your order may attract additional fee's, please feel free to contact us via email, and we will advise if additional fee's may be applicable. Alternatively, please place your order as per usual, and you may receive an email if in the chance any additional fee's apply.

7. Express Post

Please note that the vast majority of goods are approved for DHL Express and Australia Post Express Post Shipping.
Goods listed below, cannot move via an Express Post Shipping Option :

• Art Resin

• Art Cast Slow Set

• Art Cast Fast Set

• Alcohol Inks

• Montana Liquid Paint

If an Express option is selected, and your order consists of any of the above items, your order will move via Standard Shipping. 

8. Orders lost or damaged in transit

Just Resin will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage not identified at the time of delivery. It is the customers responsibility to check over the order immediately upon arrival and notify JustResin within 24 hours should there be any damage, loss, or picking errors. For the matter to be resolved as quickly as possible, please take photographs of the package and product/s, and contact us via email. Despite any possible damages, in the first instance, we require that the goods are not disposed of until the matter is resolved. It is up to JustResin's discretion whether damaged goods are replaced, or alternatively provide a store credit / voucher to cover the cost of the goods.

9. Authority to Leave
Just Resin will not accept responsibility for any 'Authority to Leave' packages, as the customer has requested for goods to be left in any place at their request.

10. International Customs Charges
Pricing noted excludes any Duties or Taxes applicable in the country of delivery. The customer may be required to pay Customs charges including Duties and/or Taxes on top of the advertised price when goods arrive in the destination country. We have no influence over International Customs Charges.
