When placing an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email and a copy of the invoice.
Upon dispatch of your order from our Melbourne warehouse, you will receive a dispatch notification email which will include tracking details, and also a direct tracking link.

If you're an International Customer, the Australia Post Tracking Number can be used to track the package directly through your local Postal Network. With note that tracking information will be updated on your local post network's website sooner, than what is shown on Australia Post website.
