How do I track my JR Order?
When you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email and a copy of the invoice.
When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will also receive an email notification.
Careful, the emails may land in your spam folder.
On the confirmation email you will find a button that says 'View my Order' - by clicking that, it will take you to your order, and show a tracking number which will enable you to track its whereabouts.
If you're an International Customer, the Australia Post Tracking Number can be used to track the package directly through your local Postal Network. All data via your local post network will be more up to date than what is shown on Australia Post website.
